Andini holds a Masters degree in Museology from the University of Indonesia and currently works as a Cultural Expert at the Institution of Cultural Heritage Preservation in South Sulawesi. Prior this role, Andini worked at the Directorate of Museums, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology where she was involved in developing national policy for museums across Indonesia. She has also worked at the Directorate of Preservation of Cultural Heritage and Museums where she focused on human resource development in the field of cultural conservation and museums.
